Return & Exchange Policy

Return window

You can return or exchange most items within 7 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be:

• Unused, and in their original packaging.
• Complete with any accessories and manuals.
• Items marked non-returnable on their product page are excluded.

How to start a return

Write to contact@homanq.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the item. Our team will confirm the return and tell you how to send the item back.

Exchanges

We dispatch the replacement once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, within 7 business days of an approved return being received. Your bank may take a few days more to reflect the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Covered separately and at no cost to you. Report them within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace them.
